Longship Scout Group

The group would like to congratulate Ole and Ellen on the birth of their new daughters Elisabeth and Ragnhild (~3kg/47cm). Mum, dad and both daughters are all doing well.

The group would like to congratulate Carsten and Birthe on the birth of their new daughter Mathea (4.37kg/53cm). Mum, dad and daughter are all doing well.

The invitation to årsfest 2006 is now available in the downloads area. It will be sent via normal post today (1st Nov).

As you can see - we've just replaced the longship website with a new version.

Hopefully it will be as easy to use as the old one - it is certainly easier for us to maintain and enhance.

Some areas you may notice are not fully in place yet. For example the content on the history of the group.

This is coming - it's just not quite ready yet.

For those who may be interested in the technical details, the previous site was based on mambo. The new site is based on drupal.
