- Benches or other such goal
Layout
Place a bench at either end of the playing area.
Rules
Divide into three teams. First two teams play, standard football rules with the following exceptions:
All players must remain in hands and feet back towards the floor
If the ball rises above shoulder height of the referee then it should be whistled in and the game restarted from where the ball bounced.
Winning team stays on. Each game lasts 5 minutes.
