Form the scouts into a ring round the leader.
Rules
The leader will randomly point at scouts.The scout at which the leader points should raise both arms. At the same time the scout either side should raise the arms nearest to the scout pointed to.The last scout to do so is out and sits down. Note that the scouts on either side may in fact be most of the way round the ring when several people are out.
Scoring
Stay in as long as possible.
